Search the room for more clues…

You begin to search the room. Upon your second glance, you notice a hole in the wall behind your dresser. It is pretty small, and recently made. Powder falls occasionally from sections of the hole. You remember you have a few ways to see inside of this hole, and decide to make a pros and cons list for each. Lists help you relax, and seem necessary in this particular situation. You may either use a candle, or a mint condition collectible G.I. Joe flashlight. The only pro of the candle that you can come up with is the fact that you have a book of matches in your pocket. The con of the candle is that it is easily blown out, either by you or by a passing breeze. Pros of the G.I. Joe flashlight are numerous; it is easily stored, can be turned off without wasting anything limited like a match, and it tends to be more useful than a candle, because the candle cannot be directed at objects. It just glows wherever it is. Cons of the flashlight….you can’t think of any. What do you do?
