Leave the room…
Quickly, you grab a coat and shoes, along with your hockey stick, and head out of the room. The entire hallway is dark. You try to turn on a light switch but it doesn’t work.
You know that to your left is a window that opens up to the roof, and to your right a staircase.
The tapping noise is still there, hidden somewhere in the dark.
